Ammeråns Fiskecamp AB applies the following payment and booking rules.
GeneralFor 2024, please prepare your stay by having a valid digital Camping ID or a digital Camping KeyEurope. Detailed information can be found at campingkeyeurope.se. Booking a cottage or hostel does not require a camping card. When booking, you are required to state your name, address, time of arrival and departure and how payment is to be made.
This does not apply to our 2023 starting season.
Age limit for booking
To make a booking/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 20 years old. You must be able to prove your identity with ID at check-in. Compliance with the age limit is a requirement for access to the area.
When does the booking become binding?
Your booking is binding once it has been confirmed and you have received a booking number. This can be done verbally, in writing or via the booking system. Confirmation of the booking consists of the booking number sent by e-mail. Check that the confirmation/invoice corresponds to what you have booked.
Open purchase for 24 hours
Open purchase for 24 hours applies to all bookings made more than 7 days before arrival.
Method of payment
Online bookings are paid by card at the time of booking.
Bookings made by phone/email are paid by invoice or in some cases on the spot.
If you do not show up without cancelling, you will have to pay for your stay.
For payment from abroad, please contact the reception at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bookings made on site are paid directly by card or swish at check-in.
What if I want to change my booking?
To make a change to your booking, please contact Ammeråns Fiskecamping AB's reception by e-mail or telephone. Remember to state your booking number.
Leaving earlier than planned
If you decide to leave earlier than planned, no refunds will be made unless otherwise agreed with us.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 15.00 to 18.00. During high season opening hours are extended, please contact the reception for what applies to your booking. Note how long the reception is open depending on the date of your visit. It is your responsibility to check which check-in and check-out times apply to your particular booking.
- Hostel no later than 10.00 a.m.
- Cottages no later than 11.00 a.m.
- Campsites no later than 12.00
Not showing up counts as a cancellation, in which case the cancellation rules apply.
If you have a valid Camping Key Europe, only the paid version, you have a special insurance for accidents on the campsite. Detailed information can be found at
You are otherwise responsible for ensuring that you have adequate insurance cover during your stay.
Act of God
In the event that the trip cannot be carried out due to an obstacle beyond the control of Ammeråns Fiskecamping ABs control and which the campsite could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated.
The agreement was entered into, the consequences of which the campsite could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.
Ammeråns Fiskecamping AB is free from liability for damages or other penalties. The same applies even if the trip is cancelled due to someone hired by the campsite or someone else in the previous stage.Ammeråns Fiskecamp AB reserves itself for changes in legislation and/or price changes that are
outside their control.

What are my obligations?
It is your responsibility to check the booking confirmation as soon as you receive it.
Any possible inaccuracies must be reported immediately. Promises made by the booking staff that are of material importance to you must be essential to you must be noted in the booking confirmation in order to be invoked. You must follow the rules and instructions applicable to your booking. Errors that occur during your stay must be reported to us immediately so that we have the opportunity to remedy the error. If you fail to report errors, you cannot claim compensation.
If you have received compensation but are not satisfied with it, you must notify us within 3 days of departure. This can be done in writing by email.
Violation of the campsite regulations, or breach of the agreement in general, may lead to the termination of the agreement with immediate effect. In the event of eviction, the amount due is calculated according to the current daily price applied during the time you have had access to the site and a deduction for estimated damage. Any difference will be refunded no later than 10 days after the eviction.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If what you have booked cannot be offered, you have the right to receive similar or higher standard accommodation at Ammeråns Fiskecamp AB at no extra cost. Notify the staff when booking if you have specific requests so that they receive the information in advance of your arrival. If you want to bring your pet, please inform us of this when booking as we have a limited number of accommodations for pets. Errors that occur during your stay should be reported immediately to the reception or caretaker so that he has the opportunity to correct the error.
Keep in mind that your chances of getting correction may be reduced if you delay contacting us.

For bookings made, the following applies:
In the event that cancellation protection is not taken out, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
- 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the price of the reservation (registration fee).
- In case of cancellation 29 - 14 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total price.
- In case of cancellation 13 - 2 days before arrival: 80% of the total price
- If cancelled later than 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.
If you cancel the ongoing stay without a valid reason, no money will be refunded and we have the right to charge you for any agreed amount not paid.
